Which providers can I connect?

SMTP (any compliant server), Gmail (via Google OAuth), and Outlook / Microsoft 365 (via Microsoft Graph). You can connect different providers for different sending purposes — billing through one mailbox, marketing through another.

What happens if my provider connection fails?

Getme walks related sending routes — for example, billing, general, notifications, and noreply — and can use the platform mailer as the final hop. Failed or expired mailbox connections surface as delivery status instead of being hidden from the team.

Does it support multilingual email?

Yes. Templates render per locale (en, fr, tr) so each recipient gets the email in their language. The locale is part of the send context — no per-service translation pipeline.

Can I customise the templates?

Yes. Each company can override any default template with its own — branded copy, layout, signature — without forking the registry. Overrides are resolved at render time, so the central registry stays the source of truth.

Does it process inbound email?

No. Getme Mail is outbound only — sending, provider resolution, template rendering, fallback. Inbound processing, scheduling, and bounce handling are out of scope and live elsewhere.
