Review form overview and submissions
Use a form record to review overview metrics, submission counts, spam filtering, version details, and form metadata.
Each form record has its own workspace screen. Use it to inspect performance, submissions, settings, and form details before editing or troubleshooting the form.
Open a form record
Open Form Builder and select a form row, such as Contact Us. The header shows the breadcrumb, form name, status, type, submission count, view count, and version context. Use Edit when you need to change the form.
Use the tabs
| Tab | Use it for |
|---|---|
| Overview | Review form metrics, description, breakdown, and form details. |
| Submissions | Open the submitted entries for the form. The tab label can show the current count. |
| Settings | Review and adjust form-level configuration. |
Read overview metrics
Use the date selector, such as Today, to scope the overview. The metric row shows Total submissions, Last 30 days, Spam filtered, and Total views. These values help separate real submissions from spam and show whether the form is receiving traffic.
Review description and breakdown
The Description panel shows the form description when one exists. The Breakdown panel summarizes Complete, Incomplete, Avg duration, Last 7 days, Status: spam, and Status: new. Use this section to understand completion quality and whether new submissions need review.
Check form details
The Form details card shows the form ID, slug, type, access, version, published date, created date, and updated date. For a public contact form, the slug can look like /contact-form, access can be Public, and version can show the current published and live versions.
When numbers do not match
Dashboard totals and form overview totals can differ when they use different date ranges, filters, spam handling, or view windows. Open the Submissions tab when you need the underlying submitted entries instead of summary counts.
