Manage stock in the Inventory overview
Search products, review SKU and barcode records, update available quantities, and check stock history.
What can I see in the Inventory overview?
The Inventory screen shows a Stock Overview for tracked products and variants. Rows can include product name, variant count, SKU, stock status, available quantity, low-stock alert threshold, and a History action for reviewing stock movement where available.
How do I find an item?
Use the search field to look up a product by product name, SKU, or barcode. You can also use the stock-status filter to narrow the list, then sort or review the product rows shown in the current inventory view.
How do I update available quantity?
Where inline inventory editing is available, update the Available value for the product or variant and save the change. For products with variants, expand the row or open the product/variant record so the right SKU receives the update.
What does the stock status mean?
Stock status is based on the current inventory data shown for the product or variant. If the status looks unexpected, check the available quantity, tracking settings, low-stock threshold, variant rows, and any recent manual or checkout-related changes.
How should I use low-stock alerts?
The row can show an Alert at value, such as a low-stock threshold. Review that threshold when a product is close to running low, and adjust the product or inventory settings where supported if the alert level no longer fits the item.
When should I open History?
Open History when you need to review recent stock movement, investigate a quantity that looks wrong, or compare manual edits with checkout, refund, or fulfillment activity. History availability and detail can depend on the item and inventory workflow.
