Manage product brands in Getme Commerce

Brands help organize storefront identity and product discovery where brand data is used. A brand can affect customer-facing brand lists, product organization, SEO context, translations, and visual identity, but visibility depends on product assignment and storefront configuration.

Open the brand list

Open Commerce and choose Brands. Use search, status filters, and sorting to find existing brands. The list can show the brand name, slug, published status, updated date, and any visual identity or description shown in the brand row.

Add or edit a brand

1. Choose Add Brand or open an existing brand where editing is available.
2. Enter a clear brand name and customer-facing description where supported.
3. Add or review visual identity assets such as a logo or brand image where supported.
4. Review the slug before publishing or sharing links.
5. Set the brand status, then save.

Review SEO, translations, and visibility

The Brands screen is intended for storefront brands, SEO, translations, and visual identity. Review those fields where available, then check assigned products and storefront surfaces. Brand SEO fields provide brand search context; search engines may still choose their own timing and display.

If a brand does not appear

• Confirm the brand is published where customer-facing visibility is expected.
• Check whether products are assigned to the brand.
• Review the slug if you are checking a direct brand URL.
• Check storefront navigation, filters, brand sections, or product cards if those surfaces use brand data.
• Contact support with the brand name, slug, expected storefront surface, and last edit date if the issue continues.
