Export the ledger to CSV
Send a full or scoped ledger to your accountant.
The ledger is the source of truth for every money event in Getme — sales, refunds, fees, payouts, taxes. The export gives your accountant a single CSV they can reconcile against your bank.
- Open Financial → Ledger.
- Use the date range picker to scope (e.g. last quarter).
- Optionally filter by event type (Sale, Refund, Fee, Payout, Tax).
- Click Export → CSV.
The CSV includes ID, timestamp, type, amount, currency, fee, net, and a link back to the source record (order, invoice, refund). Each row is reproducible — exporting the same range twice gives identical files.
Multi-currency? The CSV always carries both the original currency and your reporting currency, with the exchange rate at the time of the event.
