Find and manage invoices
Use the invoice list and invoice detail page to review, download, edit, and finalize customer invoices.
Use the Invoices page when you need to find an existing invoice, check its status, review what the customer will see, or finish a draft invoice before sending it.
Use invoice metrics and filters
The invoice dashboard starts with a date range selector and activity cards for invoices created, invoices paid, payment failures, payment amount, outstanding balance, and open invoices. Use these numbers as a quick operational snapshot before you search the table.
Use Search invoices to find a record, then narrow the table with All Statuses, All Sources, and sort controls such as Newest First. The table shows invoice number, customer, status, source, issue date, due date, total, due amount, and actions.
Open an invoice record
Open an invoice to review the detail page. The header shows the invoice number, status such as Draft, and primary actions such as Edit and Finalize. Use the detail page before sending so you can review the preview and side-panel data together.
Preview, view, or download the invoice
Invoice Preview shows the customer-facing document, including branding, invoice number, issue date, due date, currency, payment terms, bill-to details, line items, tax, subtotal, total, and amount due. Use View for a focused preview and Download when you need a copy of the invoice document.
Check the information panels
Invoice Information summarizes invoice number, status, issue date, due date, currency, source, and collection method. Customer shows the billed customer and contact details, with a View Customer shortcut. Items lists invoice lines and amounts, and Summary shows subtotal, tax, total, and amount due.
Edit or finalize a draft
Use Edit when something needs to change before the invoice leaves draft. Use Finalize & Send only after customer details, invoice information, items, totals, tax, currency, and collection method look correct.
