View your billing history, receipts, and account charges

Billing history is for Getme account charges and payment records. It is different from customer invoicing workflows, invoice PDFs, quotes, estimates, or documents you send to your customers.

Before checking billing history

• Make sure you are signed in with an owner or billing-admin account.
• Have the charge date, amount, payment method, or receipt number ready if you need support to review a charge.
• Use the customer-facing invoice or document tools for customer invoice documents.

Where to look

Open Settings, then Billing. If your account has billing history enabled, review the charge list, receipt entries, payment records, and account-level billing documents available for your workspace.

What billing receipts can show

• The date an account charge was created or paid.
• The amount and currency shown for the account charge.
• The saved payment method or card ending where available.
• Receipt or payment-record status where available.
• Download or view actions only when the account workflow supports them.

If a receipt or charge is missing

Some billing records may depend on account status, billing workflow, payment status, or provider-backed receipt availability. If a charge is missing, duplicated, or unclear, contact support with the charge date, amount, currency, and last four card digits if available.
