Connect a shipping carrier
Add a carrier to fetch live rates and print labels.
Once a carrier is connected, live rates appear at checkout and you can print labels from the order detail page.
Getme calculates live carrier rates using the sender address, customer address, package weight, and package dimensions. Available services and prices are shown before purchase so you can compare options and choose the best shipping method for the order.
- Open Shipping → Carriers → + Add carrier.
- Pick the carrier from the list (UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, etc.).
- Sign in with the account credentials when prompted — Getme stores them encrypted.
- Select which services to expose (Ground, Express, International).
- Click Save.
Test the connection by opening Shipping → Carriers → click the new carrier → click Test rate. A successful response confirms the link is live.
Without a carrier connected, customers fall back to flat-rate shipping (configured in Shipping → Flat rates).
