Print a shipping label
Generate a label and trigger tracking emails to the customer.
When you buy a shipping label in Getme, the label price is based on the carrier service you select. Getme shows available rates before purchase so you can compare services and choose the option that works best for your order. If your plan includes additional shipping automation fees, they will be shown before you buy the label.
- Open Commerce → Orders and click the order to fulfil.
- Click Create label.
- Confirm the parcel weight and dimensions.
- Pick the carrier service from the rate options.
- Click Buy and print.
The label opens in a new tab as PDF. The order is automatically marked Fulfilled and the tracking number is pushed to the customer by email.
Need to void a label? Click Void next to the label on the order page within 24 hours. Getme refunds the carrier cost on the next billing cycle.
