Manage shipping and delivery settings
Use Settings > Shipping and delivery to review shipping profiles, packages, labels, local delivery, pickup, documents, and fulfillment services.
Settings > Shipping and delivery is the central settings page for fulfillment configuration. Use it to review checkout shipping rules, package defaults, label carrier options, local delivery, store pickup, shipping documents, and custom fulfillment services.
Open Shipping and delivery
From the admin sidebar, open Settings, then choose Shipping and delivery. The page is organized into cards: Shipping, Additional delivery methods, Documents, and Custom order fulfillment.
Review the Shipping card
| Setting | What it controls |

| Shipping profiles | Shipping rates and zones for products. The Store default profile can include a General profile, all products, locations, and zones. |
| Packages | Box or package defaults used to calculate shipping rates at checkout and pre-select package context when buying labels. |
| Shipping labels | Carrier services used when buying labels. The screen can show carriers such as Canada Post, DHL Express, and UPS, preferred carrier management, and a Calculate rates action. |
| Estimated delivery dates | Delivery-date display behavior, such as Manual when dates are controlled manually. |
| Carrier accounts | Connected carrier accounts, or None when no direct carrier account is connected. |
Expand Shipping profiles to review profiles, product scope, locations, zones, and custom profiles. Expand Packages to review the default package, dimensions, weight, and the Add package action. Expand Shipping labels to review regions, enabled carriers, service counts, and preferred carrier settings.
Review additional delivery methods
Additional delivery methods contains Local Delivery and Pickup in store. Local Delivery can show delivery zones and the address used for delivery coverage. Pickup in store can show the expected pickup timing, such as usually ready in 24 hours, and the pickup location address. The status pill shows whether each method is On.
Review documents
Documents controls customer-facing and fulfillment documents. Use Customize store name on shipping labels to set the store name printed on shipping labels. Use Packing slip to customize what appears on packing slips.
Review custom order fulfillment
Custom order fulfillment lets you add an email for a custom fulfillment service that fulfills orders for you. Existing services appear in the card with their name, email, delete action, and detail action.
What to check before selling
- Confirm the default shipping profile covers the products and locations you sell from.
- Confirm package dimensions and weight match the packages you use most often.
- Review available label carriers and preferred carrier settings before buying labels.
- Turn on Local Delivery or Pickup in store only when the address, zones, and pickup timing are correct.
- Check shipping label store name and packing slip content before fulfilling live orders.
- Confirm any custom fulfillment service email is correct before assigning orders to that service.
