Update branding settings
Manage logos, company code, brand colors, typography, and social media links from Settings > Branding.
Use Settings > Branding when you need to control how the business appears across branded surfaces. Branding is separate from Business details: Business details stores legal and contact identity, while Branding controls visual identity, prefixes, and public social links.
Open Branding settings
- Open Settings.
- Choose Branding from the settings sidebar.
- Review Logos, Company Code, Brand Colors, Typography, and Social Media Links.
Add logos
Use Logos to add a default logo and a square logo. The default logo is used for most common logo applications. The square logo is used by some social media channels and may be cropped into a circle. Supported uploads shown in the form include HEIC, WEBP, SVG, PNG, and JPG. The default logo recommends a minimum width of 512 pixels, while the square logo recommends at least 512 by 512 pixels.
Set company code prefix
Company Code (Prefix) is used as a prefix for future order, invoice, quote, subscription, customer, worker, and catalog codes. Review it carefully before relying on it for new records, because prefixes can become part of business-facing identifiers.
Choose brand colors
Brand Colors include Primary Brand Color and Secondary Brand Color. The primary color can be used across icons, invoices, emails, and websites. The secondary color is used for highlights and secondary elements. Use the preview buttons and gradient preview to check whether the colors work together before saving.
Choose typography
Typography controls the Brand Font Family used across the website and branded materials. Use the preview sample to confirm the font is readable for headings, uppercase text, lowercase text, numbers, and accented characters where relevant.
Add social media links
Use Social Media Links to add public profiles such as Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), Apple Business Connect, and Bluesky. These links can appear on invoices, email signatures, and marketing materials, so use complete public URLs and remove any link that should not be customer-visible.
