Cancel your Getme account subscription
Review cancellation, period-end timing, and reactivation considerations for account billing.
This article is for cancelling a Getme account subscription. It is not about cancelling a customer subscription plan, membership, order, or recurring offer sold by your business.
Before cancelling
- Confirm you are signed in as an owner or billing admin.
- Review the current plan, billing period, payment status, and any pending plan change.
- Check whether cancellation affects workspace access, quotas, billing records, or connected workflows.
- Contact support if the effective date, final account charge, or access impact is unclear.
Period-end cancellation
Where supported, cancellation may be scheduled for the end of the current billing period. The account can remain in its current subscription state until the effective date shown by the billing workflow or provider record.
Early cancellation
Some admin-backed or support-reviewed paths may support ending the subscription before the period end. Availability and account impact depend on the account state, provider records, and review result, so treat this option as not universally available.
Reactivation before cancellation applies
If cancellation is still pending, a reactivation workflow may be available where supported. Reactivation can depend on whether the subscription is still active, whether the provider record still allows the change, and whether another billing action is pending.
Final billing records
Final charges, credits, receipts, and account records can depend on current-period usage, account setup, payment status, and provider-backed billing records. Review billing history and contact support if a final line item is unclear.
