Change your Getme plan, downgrade, or billing cycle
Review cautious account-billing guidance before changing a Getme plan.
Plan changes are account billing actions. They are separate from customer subscription plans, customer invoices, or recurring offers you sell to your own customers.
Before changing a plan
- Confirm you are using an owner or billing-admin account.
- Review the current plan, target plan, billing cycle, payment method, and current period date.
- Check whether a pending downgrade, pending cancellation, unpaid charge, or provider review already exists.
- Contact support before confirming if the account state or expected billing impact is unclear.
Upgrades
An upgrade may move the account to a higher tier where supported. The billing effect can depend on the current subscription record, billing cycle, payment method, provider response, and any proration option shown during the workflow.
Downgrades
A downgrade may be scheduled for the end of the current billing period or handled differently for trial or review-specific accounts. Quotas, access, and timing should be checked in the account workflow before confirming.
Billing-cycle changes
Monthly, annual, or other billing-cycle changes may be available only for eligible plans and account states. The effective date, next charge, and billing document display depend on the account setup and billing provider records.
Proration and credits
Proration, credits, or balance adjustments may apply where supported, but they should not be assumed from the plan name alone. Review the confirmation screen and contact support if the amount, timing, or account impact is unclear.
