Manage subscriptions
Use the Subscriptions area to review recurring contracts, billing status, line items, payments, and contract actions.
Subscriptions is the recurring contract area for customer subscription billing. Use it to review active and pending contracts, upcoming billing, recurring revenue, payment failures, and contract-level actions.
Open Subscriptions
From the admin sidebar, open Customers, then choose Subscriptions. The page title is Subscriptions with the description Manage recurring subscription contracts and billing. Use New Subscription when you need to create a subscription contract manually.
Review the dashboard
Use the date selector, such as 7 days, to scope the dashboard. The metric row can show Active subscriptions, Subscriptions created, Renewals, Cancelled, Payment failures, and Recurring revenue.
Find a subscription contract
Use Search by contract #, customer to find a contract such as TFS-SUB-000001 or a customer such as DowntownsaS Officee. Use All statuses to narrow the list to active, pending, cancelled, paused, or other lifecycle states where available.

Open a subscription detail page
Select a subscription contract to open its detail page. The header shows the contract number, customer name, and status. The action bar can include Pause, Cancel, Record Payment, and Edit. Use these actions only after reviewing the contract details below.
Review line items and payment summary
Line Items shows the subscribed product or service, linked selling plan, quantity, status, unit price, discount, and resulting recurring line amount. Payment Summary shows subtotal, discount, tax, and total per billing period. You can browse promotions or enter a code when the workflow supports applying a promotion to the subscription.
Review fulfillments and billing history
Fulfillments shows fulfillment occurrences for the subscription when they exist. Use Add when you need to add a fulfillment occurrence. Billing History shows billing cycles for the contract; an empty state means no billing cycles are listed yet.
Review customer and subscription info
The Customer card shows the customer name and email. Subscription Info shows Billing Cycle, Cycles Completed, Current Period, Next Billing Date, Payment Method, and Auto Renew. Review these fields before pausing, cancelling, recording payment, or editing the contract.
Pause, cancel, record payment, or edit
Use Pause when the subscription should stop temporarily according to the available workflow. Use Cancel when the contract should end. Use Record Payment when a manual payment needs to be recorded for the subscription. Use Edit when subscription details need to be changed. The exact downstream billing, fulfillment, notification, and renewal behavior can depend on workspace settings and payment method.
